Do you ever feel that the harder you work the more complicated life gets? What are you expected to do if you have a family or people who depend on you?
There are times in life where it does get really difficult and we don’t know where to look to for help or support. We sometimes don’t feel comfortable talking with family because you don’t want to worry them or they might have so much going on already.
I wanted to give some advice to other who are going through tough times right now because I am learning how to deal with some personal things. God is foremost the first person that I talk too, I start to read the bible and go to church on Sundays. I don’t know what it is but whenever I got to church, I feel this joy in my body that is so calming.
I found that having nature flowers at home helps me feel some serenity ( I got these Hydrangea’s at Safeway). I guess any plant can give you that feeling. Then adding candles (scented preferably) will give your home a different smell and different aromas help the body relax too. Explore, this is another thing I tend to do, I personally like to drive around or grab a cup of coffee, drive to a park and go for a walk. We have hectic life that need some me time. it doesn’t mean that you are being selfish at all if you have a family, it just means that you need a time out for several minutes.
But talking to someone is the best thing to help you cope and get things off your chest, even writing on a journal I find it very helpful. Never, keep anything inside because it will make you sick, you will just keep thinking of it and not allowing yourself to get help can kill.
hope know that we (my family and I) can overcome this nuisance soon. We are strong, we are united, and most important we take family and place it on top of our pyramid. By having faith, believing in our god and having a positive mind we will be a stronger family that will enjoy everyday of our life together and seeing each other be someone successful in life. I personally will make sure of that because I believe in my brothers and sister.
