Motivate, Meditate & Master

I always read articles, look for new ways to improve my skills, get rid of bad habits and educate myself that comes my way. Recently, I purchased a Law of Attraction Planner (because I love planners & organization) and while I was going through the content I realized how we as people have so little time to take care of our self’s. But we do a great job taking care of others.

Does this happen to you?… You drive to and from work every day which takes 30 minutes-1 hour or more, you work 8 hours, get off work to run some errands and come home to cook dinner and attend to your families needs… Oh and if you are in school you either go to a 2-3 hour class after work or you take online classes and have that waiting when you get home. When do you find time to relax or meditate for 30 minutes, or at least take 20 minutes to yourself?

If you have not done anything for yourself in the last week you should be ashamed of yourself! Whether its getting a mani-pedi, massage, go for a walk outside with nature,  time alone to do what you want, treat yourself, relax, take a bath, go shopping or just not do anything. YOU are very important and need to make sure you are revitalized because those around you need you.

Getting into a goof habit like fitness or healthy eating is great but our mind and body need to rest too. It needs time to recuperate its energy and not think of anything. It might seem impossible but if you manage your time and have others around you help you, it is possible.

“Take time everyday to become aware of how you feel. I accept every emotion. I do not resist. I allow myself to feel and let go”

I wanted to write about my handy dandy planner and share with you all the greatness of getting organized! When you are organized and manage your time things get done effectively with no stress. I also wanted to create a quick acronym to help me remember all this information from The Law of Attraction so I created M3M (My 3 M’s)- something that would help me everyday to think of myself and what I wanted to do for myself and others each day.

Motivate– Everyday motivate yourself and others on anything you do, create and achieve a small goal that is working towards a bigger goal

Meditate– Find what works best for you, relax and be stress free, see positives in your life

Master- You have the power to stop bad intentions and vibes, master your day and take control. Master any obstacles that come your way

  1. If you want more information on my planner from The Law of Attraction click here to read on it and see if its something that interests you. This planner has great tools to help you achieve your goals, learn how to meditate, there are exercises that guide you to your goals, it shows you to create positive energy and become the person you want to be. I seriously recommend it :)

“A key part of the Law of Attraction is understanding that where you place your focus can have an intense impact on what happens to you. If you spend your days wallowing in regrets about the past or fears of the future, you’ll likely see more negativity appearing, but if you look for the silver lining in every experience then you’ll soon start to see positivity surrounding you every day. Therefore, the Law of Attraction encourages you to see that you have the freedom to take control of how your future develops, shaping it in the ways you choose.” –

Thank you for reading and I hope you use the M3M model I created to help thorough your day. If you have any tips on becoming a better YOU, share them with me!
